The 5 companies namely FN, TBF, PT, PIT and NG were merged together under the name "FN Factory Outlet Co., Ltd."

FN Factory Outlet had increased its registered capital to 10 Million Baht.
During 2005, the 4th Outlet was opened in Pak Chong province and managed by "Pre Tact Co.,Ltd. (PT)".
The 3rd Outlet was then opened in Pattaya, under management by TBF.
The 2nd Outlet was established in Kanchanaburi province and managed by "The Boss Forum Co.,Ltd. (TBF)".
FN Factory Outlet was officially established on November 19th, 2000 with registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht.
The 1st outlet was opened in Phetchaburi province.
